If you are looking for a hen weekend with outdoor activities and some R&R, Shepherd's View Lodge is ideal. It is surrounded by countryside, and is just a 5 minute drive from Carsington Water, which offers cycling, walking, paddle boarding and raft building for the more adventurous hens.

The terrace features a fire pit and a hot tub, so you can enjoy the scenic views outside whatever the weather!

We can arrange for a yoga instructor to come to the holiday home for a private lesson, followed by therapists for the ultimate indulgence of massages and pedicures. Shepherd's View Lodge can sleep 14-16 hens, across 7 bedrooms, all with their own en-suites. There are 7 twin bedrooms so that each lady can have their own bed, plus bunk beds if you have more than 14 people in the group.

Take a walk to the local pub in Carsington village, or spend the evening in one of the many restaurants in Wirksworth that is just a short taxi ride away. Alternatively take advantage of our network of caterers, bartenders and activity providers and let them come to you. We can arrange a 3 course meal for your group, that is even cleaned up afterwards! The dinner is priced at £43.50 per person, and can be added onto your booking as an extra.
