Cancellations

Compensation will not be payable where any change or cancellation plans result from force majeure. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Conditions, we will not be liable for any changes, cancellations, effect on your holiday, loss or damage suffered by you or for any failure by us to properly perform any of their respective obligations to you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) beyond the reasonable control of us (referred to as force majeure in these Conditions). By way of example, force majeure includes fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions, pandemics, destruction or damage of the property by any cause (other than negligence of us) and all similar situations. No compensation, expenses, costs or other sums of any description (including without limitation the cost of securing an alternative property/accommodation) will be payable in such circumstances by us to you.

Weather and Snowfall

We will not be able to offer you a refund if you are unable to enter the property because of any weather condition, be it snowfall or otherwise. You are strongly advised to take out independent holiday cancellation insurance to cover you for having to cancel your holiday due to heavy snowfall or any other conditions which may affect your journey and arrival.

Illness and Bereavement

Unfortunately due to illness or bereavement we can’t cancel or change your booking; for this reason we recommend taking out holiday insurance.

It is a booking condition that the number of people occupying the property may not exceed the advertised capacity, without prior written consent. Suppliers may terminate your booking without refund in the event you breach this condition in accordance with their terms and conditions. For any last minute changes after this cut-off point, we are unable to guarantee a change in the number of people or any refund.
