Shepherd's View Lodge, situated 3 miles from Ashbourne at the base of the Peak District, is a beautiful venue which can accommodate up to 14 delegates in 7 bedrooms. With an open-plan communal area, large car park, and garden suitable for outdoor team building activities, it is a brilliant property for away days and company bonding.

Shepherd's View Lodge is in a private, rural location with picturesque views. There is a large dining table to seat up to 16 people, for group meals or company meetings. You can also relax in the evening with the hot tub or table football.

The property is just 3 miles from Carsington Water, perfect for team building activities. Along with a visitor centre and cafes, it offers raft building exercises, kayaking, paddle boarding and cycle hire.

We can arrange your team building activities, either to take place on site or at a local outdoor centre. Get in touch for more details or to add it onto your booking.

Half day package - £32 per person, for a minimum of 12 people

The climbing and abseiling wall is one of the three rotations your team members will get to try.

* Archery
Learn how to use a bow and arrow for some target practice.

* Bushcraft skills
Bring out your inner Bear Grylls with a workshop on lighting fires and building shelters!

The half day package lasts 3 hours and can be set up at Shepherd's View Lodge. If you'd prefer to go offsite, you can still enjoy a half day of similar activities at our partner site nearby.
