        The minimum booking period is 2 nights.

         

        1. 3. What happens if I need to cancel?

         

        Once the holiday is confirmed, the guest has entered a legal contract which is non-refundable under any circumstance. The full terms and conditions can be found here.

        1. 5. Do you have floor plans for the property?

         

        Yes, you can see the floor plan here.

         

        1. 6. Do you allow hen and stag groups?

         

        Absolutely, we welcome hen and stag groups. We just ask that you are considerate of neighbours or other holidaymakers with regards to noise.

         

        1. 7. Is my dog allowed to come too?

         

        Yes, the property is dog-friendly, as long as you have booked your pet in with us in advance. There is an extra charge of £35 per pooch.

         

        1. 8. What are the check-in and check-out days/times?

         

        Check-in is any day except for Sunday, and check-out is any day except for Saturday. The arrival time is 4pm, and check-out is by 10am Monday-Friday. If you are departing on a Sunday, your check-out time may be later, but email us for confirmation.

         

        1. 9. Is the hot tub open all year round?

         

        Yes, the hot tub is heated throughout the year, and can be used between 7am-10pm. Please check our full hot tub regulations here.

      1. 10. Do you provide towels?

       

      We provide 1 bath towel per guest for short stays, or a hand towel and bath towel per guest for 7 night stays. We do not provide towels for the hot tub though, so please bring pool towels.

       

      1. 11. Do I need to bring washing up liquid, bin bags or tea towels etc?

       

      We provide cleaning products and basic supplies to last a couple of days. For longer stays or large groups we’d recommend bringing additional bin bags, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc. Please note that although we supply hand soap, we do not leave shower gel, shampoo or hairdryers.

       

      1. 12. Is there a BBQ or log fire?

       

      In the summer months we leave a BBQ outside for you, and there is also a fire pit all year round. You will have to bring charcoal and firelighters to make use of the BBQ, and logs, kindling and matches if you wish to use the fire pit or indoor log burner.

     

    1. 13. Can I bring in caterers or other outside suppliers?

     

    Yes, just give us the details of any external suppliers when you return the checklist before your stay. Please note that any caterers or activity providers setting up outside will need to bring generators if they require electricity.

     

    1. 14. Can you arrange catering or activities for my group?

    1. 15. Are extra day guests allowed to join us in the holiday cottages?

     

    Extra day guests are permitted for a surcharge, if agreed in writing by Lodge & Home Rentals in advance of your stay.

     

    16. Can I get a supermarket delivery to the holiday home?

    Yes, most supermarkets deliver to the property. Please ensure that you have booked the delivery for a time that you will be in to accept the order, and after the check-in time of 4pm.

 

  1. 17. Is the lodge family-friendly?

    It certainly is – there is even a family bedroom with bunk-beds for children. We have a 2 travel cots and high chairs available, which can be requested in advance. You’ll need to bring the mattress and bedding to put in the travel cot – size 120cm x 60cm.
