Hi Michele, I wanted to say how much we enjoyed the weekend and how fabulous we found Ashbourne Hall. I couldn`t have found a better place to host my hen weekend and will be recommending you to everyone I know looking for a house of that size (think I may have already recruited a few hens for their own hen do`s)Nina and hens staying at Ashbourne Hall June 09
Hi Michele, I wanted to let you know that my friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Standlow Farm last weekend. It really was the perfect place for us to relax and get together, the lovely barn allowed us to do this perfectly. It really was set up extremely well to allow for group catering and cooking, I was really impressed We were blessed with the weather as well, the blue skies really made the weekend.

Hi Michelle, Just a thank you and some feed back from last weekend. We all had a great time and the cottages and the barn were fantastic for our hen weekend. Gillie at My Personal Sanctuary sent 2 therapists (Clare & Heather) for our treatments and they were great, really chatty and did excellent jobs on our nails! One of our group had a massage and had to have a bit of a snooze afterwards she was so relaxed!
Ruth Dennett at Peak District Fine Foods is fantastic, Ruth and her team were really friendly and the food was absolutely amamzing! One of the hens discovered she was pregnant a few days before the weekend and Ruth changed her order and was very accommodating. They came in and we didnt even notice that they had cleared everything away until it was time for them to go. There was an absolute silence during dessert. We all had a different choice of food and everyone said their selection was the best and couldnt believe the amazing value for money

We have just spent a lovely week at New Year in Curlew Cottage, we loved the Peak District and your great accommodation so much we have decided to ditch the foreign holiday this year and come back to visit.

I just wanted to drop you an email to say how wonderful our weekend was in High View Grange & Foxglove Cottage. The accommodation was perfect and everyone was very impressed by the high standard, facilities and general ambience of the cottages. Even with the wet weather, we all managed to have a very relaxing stay with some fun & games in the evenings. I couldn`t have asked for a better hen weekend. I have passed your website details onto a number of the girls that stayed and many are very keen on looking at staying again with their other halves. Just a note of thanks for such a delightful weekend’s stay. The cottage was great, really comfortable and homely with some spectacular “blizzard” views this weekend!Please pass on thanks to your housekeeper, the cottage was very clean and well made up. Well, I have to report that Standlow Farm was everything we had hoped for and more. The Farmhouse and Cottages are really lovely, we were all very comfortable indeed, and all in such a lovely setting.
However, the Barn was the thing that made our weekend so fantastic for us all. We are often a bit fragmented on our annual bash and to have this communal space was amazing, we spent loads of time really being together and enjoying the games tables and other facilities. The whole weekend was a huge success all round. On a personal level I`d also like to thank you, Vicky and Michele for the friendly and helpful way in which you handled the booking process, from initial enquiry through to the actual visit. I appreciate it very much.
Before we left Standlow Farm we took a unanimous vote to return

Hi Vicky, I would just like to say thanks for letting us stay at your cottages. We all had an excellent time and we found The Barn to be a great bonus, we all spent most of our time in it !!! Speaking to all the people who stayed with us everyone had a superb time and would all definately come again. It has taken a while to get back into the swing of things after such a fantastic holiday. I just wanted to say that we had such a brilliant time at Bradley Hall, the service I received from the word go was wonderful and the apartment was just great. So much so we would like to arrange to come back with family for a long weekend. Amelia loved being there, a photo of Tango is one of her most prized possessions at the moment, and I am so jealous of you living in Ashbourne!

Hi Vicky, Just thought that I would let you know how much we enjojed ourselves in Daisy Cottage last week. The cottage was so lovely with absolutely everything in it that we needed. The scenery was beautiful and the walk to the village pub peaceful and calming. (The food was well worth the walk too!!)Many thanks for a pleasant stay.

I would just like to say thank you for our weekend at Bradley Hall. It was beyond anything we could have imagined! The two cottages were stunning, both were to the hightest standard and we have nothing to leave a bad comment about. The surrounding country side was gorgeous as was Ashbourne itself. The sunny weather was an added bonus!
I have been recommending it to everyone who asked how the weekend was.
