Forgetmenot Cottage - sleeps 4/6

Unlike its name , Forgetmenot Cottage will not be forgotten as it is described as the cosiest cottage.

The master bedroom in golds holds has a king size metal bed, wardrobe and set of drawers, rug and reading lamps. Crisp white bedlinen is provided with 2 pillows per guest. A warm throw is provided in the cooler months to add the extra bit of warmth. All our cottages are heated by storage heaters and this enables our guests to adjust the heating in each room to their own liking.

The bunk bedroom has a metal bunkbed,under roof closet and chest of drawers, reading lamps, and wonderful furnishings. The beds are dressed in crisp white bedlinen and have the added luxuary of a warm throw for the cooler months.

The lounge with its comfy sofas, also has a double sofa bed. The Derbyshire stone wall adds a touch of rural living to the whole room. A TV, DVD, Hifi system are provided for the comfort of the guests. A limited supply of DVD`s and reading books are provided to ensure that all our guests can relax and enjoy their stay with us.

The upstairs bathroom as with all our cottages have a electric shower over bath with bath screen, toilet and basin. A heated towel rail is also incorporated and a bath mat is always supplied. We always supply a bath towel for wach guest on a short stay and a further hand towel per guest for those which are staying longer.

The terrace at the front of the cottage provides a seated area with garden furniture and BBQ`s for the summer evenings.
The view from the terrace is spectacular and lloks down the valley to the village of Kniveton and beyond.

The area is enclosed by a stone wall with a gated exit onto the country lane. Traffic is at a minimum as the lane is used mainly by guests of the cottages and farm vehicles from the neighbouring sheep farm.
