Foxglove Cottage - sleeps 4/6
The first of the 5 cottages,closest to High View Grange Farmhouse Foxglove Cottage has wonderful stone walls in the kitchen and bunk bedroom.
The master bedroom holds a metal kingsize bed, white wardrobe and set of drawers, rug and reading lamps. Crisp white bedlinen is provided with 2 pillows per guest. A warm throw is provided in the cooler months to add the extra bit of warmth. All our cottages are heated by storage heaters and this enables our guests to adjust the heating in each room to their own liking.

The bunk bedroom has a metal bunk bed to sleep 2,under roof closet and chest of drawers, reading lamps, and warm furnishings. The bunk bedroom has the additional feature of the Derbyshire stone walling which adds a lovely country feel to the room. The beds are dressed in crisp white bedlinen and are most suitable for the young and agile.
The lounge with its comfy sofas, also has a double sofa bed. A TV, DVD, Hifi system are provided for the comfort of the guests. A limited supply of DVD`s and reading books are provided to ensure that all our guests can relax and enjoy their stay with us.
The upstairs bathroom as with all our cottages have a electric shower over bath with bath screen, toilet and basin. We always supply a bath towel for wach guest on a short stay and a further hand towel per guest for those which are staying longer.

The Terraced area is enclosed by a stone wall with a gated exit onto the country lane. Traffic is at a minimum as the lane is used mainly by guests of the cottages and farm vehicles from the neighbouring sheep farm.
At the rear of the cottages , there is a climbing frame , slide and swings for the younger children, but also a wooden patio and garden furniture for relaxing in.
Further in the garden ther eis also a flat grassed area for ball games. The garden is open planned but has wooden fence around it to retain children `hopefully` and also stop the local sheep from visiting!!
The terrace at the front of the cottage provides a seated area with garden furniture and BBQ`s for the summer evenings.
The view from the terrace is spectacular and looks down the valley to the village of Kniveton and beyond. |

All cottages have access to `The Laundry Room` which provides a washer and a drier.
